A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The government will not pay for any information received. If a bid is received from another vendor, you must be an authorized distributer with King Nutronics Corporation and will need to be able to keep King Nutronics Corporations Warranty.
