The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Concurrent Technologies Inc. for VME SBC & RTM for AN/SYY-1 for items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. This notice is intent to Sole Source with Concurrent Technologies Inc. Vendors must be Concurrent Technologies Inc authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 22 April 2025.
