Keysight Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment and is the only OEM authorized to repair and/or calibrate these units. Repair and/or calibration is required because we lack the ability to repair and/or calibrate these units in-house. These units need repair and calibration due to damaged parts. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. No terms will be incorporated into any price quote and/or order accepted by the Government unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing.
