## Description

Solicitation N00421-24-T-0009 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. This is a notice to Sole Source to THE OPEN GROUP LLC. under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and this RFQ is a Total Small Business Set-Aside authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.

The Open Group is the only known responsible source possessing the engineering, technical, and the requisite knowledge of the not only the FACE Technical Standard, but also the tools suites needed to evaluate software for FACE conformance., making this a Sole Source purchase. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
