The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), AIR-A251400, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for procurement of Calibration Standards (CALSTDs) ancillary equipment for Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities, and Aviation Navy Calibration Laboratories (NCLs) to support Aviation Organizational and Intermediate level maintenance assets.

The Metrology Calibration (METCAL) Program supplies all the Navy and Marine Corp Calibration Laboratories test equipment worldwide. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13.5 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. Please see attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), for specific requirement details and quantities. Capability Statements will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
