## Description

This is a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Structures Division of the Air Vehicle Department, AB2200 (formerly AIR 4.3.3), Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) in support of aircraft structural life monitoring and air vehicle airworthiness certification. Tasks fall into three technical areas: Structural Appraisal of Fatigue Effects (SAFE) Program, Strength Engineering, and Loads and Dynamics Engineering support. Please see Section C, Statement of Work for more information.

Amendment 0001 changes Section B-1, Section B CLINs 1002-1008, Section L and Attachment P7 changes are reflected in yellow highlighter.

Amendment 0001 also created new Attachment in Section J, P4 Composite Labor Rates.
