This is required to give increased lifespan and function to the structures. This task is specifically to add in an upgraded electrical circuit(s) in order to support the electrically operated systems in the TFS. A MANDATORY site visit is required for this solicitation to be eligible for award. The contractor shall visit the project site; collect required data about existing structures, surroundings, appurtenance and all items that will be affected by this project or related to this project; and verify existing conditions. The contractor shall be responsible for the verification of the actual site condition and the accuracy of this information to ensure adequacy of the design and successful construction. The site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 20 August 2024 at 9:00 AM EST at NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, MD Building 2133.
