NCS is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the design approved workstation which provides a unique combination of capabilities and features required by NIWC to resolve obsolescence and end-of-life issues arising from older computers. The requested NCS computers are the only known solution which meets the form, fit, function, and hardware/software interface requirements of the systems, and NCS workstations are specifically identified in the system drawing package. Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.
