This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13. Award all or none. See Attached RFQ. No terms will be incorporated into any price quote and/or order accepted by the Government unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing. Any and all terms and conditions contained in any price quote and/or order that violate any Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are void and will have no effect. The applicable Federal laws, statutes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, the FAR and DFARS will govern instead. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.
