## Description

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Sheila Cooper at sheila.a.cooper4.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 3:00PM Eastern Daylight Time on 29 January 2024. Solicitation N0042124Q0111 is issued as intent to sole source.

The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with R L C Electronics, Inc for SP5T manual switches, quanity of 128 each, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. R L C Electronics, Inc is a small business and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the SP5T manual switches.

Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
