## Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial product prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The SOLE SOURCE solicitation number is N0040626QS258 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Replacement Knuckle Boom Crane This acquisition is SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT TO DMW MARINE GROUP.

This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 333120, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 Employees. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Products and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
