## Description

Amend 0001- Answers Questions and extends the due date. Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Brand Name Rolls Royce Solutions America, Inc MTU Detroit Diesel 3-71 and 4-71 engines. This requirement is for MTU Detroit Diesel engines due to Navy Technical Manuals and drawings requiring replacements of these items be the same to prevent damage to engine systems. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
