This requirement is sole sourced to OEM Jonrie Intertech LLC as OEM Jonrie Intertech LLC is the original equipment manufacturer of the Jonie Series 418 Capstans and Series 200 Winches installed on four tugboats and only Jonrie Intertech LLC possesses the blueprints, proprietary technical data, guidelines, tools, and factory-trained technicians for the required to assessment, maintenance, certification and training. Interested companies may identify their interest and capabiltiy to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government anticipates an award resulting from this solicitation on or about two (2) weeks following the solicitation closing due date, inclusive of any solicitation amendment(s).
