## Description

The Contracting Activity is NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, Washington. This is a Sources Sought Notice and is strictly for market research purposes only. This notice does not commit the US Government to pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in preparation of their responses to this sources sought notice.

It is anticipated that the US Government will award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for manual data transfer of claim case files between Employees' Compensation Operations & Management Portal (ECOMP) and the Defense Injury and Unemployment Compensation System (DIUCS). This is a non-personal services contract for the U.S. Pacific Fleet Command Injury Compensation Program (ICP).

The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) are included in the scope of work, which encompasses what is required for the Manual Data Transfer. Services shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulatons. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Government is asking interested contractors to review the attached draft PWS (with attachments) and submit the following:

a. A brief Capability Statement (NTE 1-2 pages), that outlines your firm's capabilities in this. Additionally, include any prior experience performing The deadline to submit capability statements and questions/comment is the 6th of August, 2025. A Request for Proposal (RFP) number will be available in electronic format and will be posted to sam.gov.
