## Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to procure Heat Exchanger Cap Tube from Lorking Technology LLC. This procurement will be solicited as 100 %set-aside utilizing FAR Part 12 and13 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price SupplyContract will be awarded.

This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME basis with OriginalEquipment Manufacturer (OEM) Lorking Technology LLC or AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS perFAR 11. Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS may identify their interest and capability to respond to therequirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter or documentation from the OEM is required tobe submitted with quotes. see attached Soliciation and Brand Name J&A
