Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. An AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR letter from the OEM is required to be submitted with quotes. 6. \"EXCEPTIONS: All quoters MUST note all exceptions from the solicitation's terms conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work / performance work statement, if any.
