## Description

This solicition is being amended per attached N0040625QS079 AM01 PLEASE SEE ATTCHED SOLICITATION FOR REQUIREMENTS, APPLICABLE CLAUSES & PROVISIONS, SHIPPING AND INVOICING INFORMATION.

This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME basis with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Schottel, Inc., per FAR 11.104. interested authorized distributors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals/quote prior to solicitation close date and time which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government Award in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
