## Description

Solicitation Notice – Brand Name OEM Admiral Valve Globe Valves NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) Sasebo, will be soliciting a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply-type contract for OEM Admiral Valve, Globe Valves.

**Brand Name Statement:** This acquisition is being conducted on a brand name basis with OEM Admiral Valves LLC, in accordance with FAR 13.501. Interested authorized small business distributors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a quote prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based on responses received to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
