Jeannine.l.cunningham.civ@us.navy.mil This acquisition will be negotiated on a BRAND NAME with WARD LEONARD/ECI DEFENSE GROUP FAR 6.302-1 utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. “BRAND NAME STATEMENT: This acquisition is being conducted on a BRAND NAME basis with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) WARD LEONARD CT LLC/ECI DEFENSE GROUP, INC. per FAR 11.104.

Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS/RE-SELLERS may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals/quote prior to solicitation close date and time.” Award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated.

The required delivery date is 30 DAYS ARO or SOONEST It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Beta.Sam website on or about 19 DEC 2024 with quotes due on or about 31 DEC 2024.
