SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ANNOUNCEMENT Navy Supply Command Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (NAVSUP FLCPS) is posting a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest and recourse to support the ships anchor windlass for ANCHOR WINDLASS PARTS for the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ – MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
