This procurement will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N0040624R0020 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 08 May 2024, with the proposals due on or about 10 May 2024. Offerors must be recgonized as a qualified activity to work on STAR 200 LPACs by NAVSEA. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting their offer, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Vendors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FLCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: http://www.sam.gov.
