A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 02/21/2024 with a closing date on or about 02/22/2024. A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
