## Description

NSN 1R-5985-017194591-P8, REF NR D-500-L458-2-612-720, QTY 5 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. This solicitation is for made new manufacture spare parts. Offers submitted will be evaluated based on the following criteria: leadtime, price, past performance and capacity. Please include in your quote unitprice, extended price, lead time and quote expiration date.

Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort by email at danielle.m.junod.civ@us.navy.mil All contractual documents related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein.
