NAVSUP WSS requests that vendors submit firm-fixed price (FFP)quote/proposal.If determined necessary by the Navy, the offeror agrees toprovide adequatepricing information upon bidding to assist the Navy in itsfair and reasonable price determination. Can only be procured only from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts whichpossess a FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 AirworthyApproval Tag, from certified repair stations pursuant to 14 CFR Part 14.
