This is a combined Navy and FMS requirement. Honeywell International Inc.(02LU7 and multiple others) located in Phoenix, Arizona and other locations is the only known source to possess full repair and production capabilities. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. NAVSUP WSS intends on awarding sole source to Honeywell International Inc. (02LU7), and a lack of response from any other source will consider them to be not interested. Even though these items are sole source to Honeywell International Inc., all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
