The Government intends to solicit with approved sources only under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: QTY 5 (High Stage PNEU EBU) NSN: 7RH 1680 015854741 P/N: 107484-7 in support of the P8 Poseidon. The Government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. This requirement can only be procured from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts which possess a FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. All proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government.
