**AMSC 3B:** This acquisition will be solicited to HONEYWELL INTL INC (70210). This item is governed by source-controlled technical data. HONEYWELL INTL INC (70210) is the only source listed on Source Control Drawing 123SCEC5170, owned by Northrop Grumman (70974). IAW this drawing, NAVSUP anticipates receiving a single acceptable offer from this source. The Government does not possess sufficient rights in the technical data to distribute to potential new suppliers of the item. Any additional sources would have to be approved by Northrop Grumman (70974) and added to the approved sources listed on the drawing.
