There is a requirement for the USN under Solicitation N00383-24-R-H068 and FMS under Solicitation N00383-24-Q-H070 for this same item. Pricing shall consider the total quantity of all Solicitations. The shipment should be done via Collect Commercial Bill of Lading to the customer's freight forwarder in accordance with the FMS Policy/MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP. A TAC code from the case should not be used to support the transportation costs for this procurement.

When the material is available for shipment, the DCMA will coordinate the method of shipment and payment with the Freight Forwarder i.e. FedEx account number, private carrier.

**Ship To MAPAC:** DSZ004. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted and preferred.
