1.) The quantity has hereby increased by 3 from qty:3 to qty:6 toincorporated PD:

This modification is issued by the Government when deposited in the mail,transmitted by facsimile or sent by any electronic commerce method, includingemail. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutesbilateral agreement to issue this modification. This amendment is hereby issued to incorporated the following below:
