The intention of this solicitation is to include additional NIINs into the current Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-23-G-TQ01. This agreement will include the repair of the parts identified in attachment A. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with NGC. NGC is the only known source for providing procurement/repair support of the items. This procurement is being processed in accordance with Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations or capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
