Quantity: 1 All offered products shall be new, genuine, and properly licensed for U.S. Government use. The contractor shall provide all applicable software license entitlements, activation information, documentation, and manufacturer-authorized support and/or renewal coverage required by the solicitation. Offerors shall demonstrate that they are authorized by GE Vernova, or the applicable manufacturer, to sell, license, renew, and support the required CIMPLICITY software products.
