## Description

Amendment 0002 is issued to update the wage determination to WA 20240109 Mod 1 dated 12 July 2024 Amendment 0001 is issued to provide responses to PPI and update the staement of work and submittal requirements accordingly. Updated SAM information on proposal due date to match the solicitation located in the attachments. No amendment of solicitation is included.

This solicitation is issued to procure construction services for removal and replacement of existing twenty (20) foot ladders that are shackled as an extension to existing upper ladders with like 6061 marine grade aluminum ladders and replace two (2) existing upper ladder sections on two separate docks/piers. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA and Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Silverdale, WA. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses.
