Interested contractors are encouraged to review the attached Industry Market Research – SOW Development / Requirement Refinement document, draft SOW, and any accompanying technical documentation. Contractors are requested to provide responses to the applicable questions identified in the market research document, including any recommendations, clarifications, or considerations that may assist NEXCOM in further defining its requirements. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). Responses will not be considered offers, and NEXCOM is under no obligation to issue a subsequent solicitation or award a contract. NEXCOM will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting information. Participation in this market research is voluntary and does not provide preferential consideration in any subsequent procurement.
