This requirement is to provide telecommunication services to include the use of the Base Telephone Systems (BTS) at Naval Air Station Fallon, NV. The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T), operate, and maintain all digital switching equipment, system software, network interconnections, base distribution cable plant (fiber and copper) features, voice mail systems components, digital services and equipment, 911 services, data circuits and channels, back-up power, and system capacity necessary to provide a Base Telecommunications System (BTS) that consists of state-of-art digital technologies including, but not limited to, integrated voice, and data.
