## Description

ONLY SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS are eligible for award. This requirement for the Flag Secretary Office and Official Function support services requirements for the Commander Naval Air Force U. S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVAIRPAC/CNAP) is anticipated to be solicited as an WOSB set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-30. This advanced notice is provided for planning purposes only in anticipation of a short solicitation period. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to notice.

This notice is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for preparation or efforts in regard to this notice; therefore, any cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
