\nNotice to Vendors: The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the mural painted on the designated real property wall situated at Naval Base Point Loma SUBASE, constitutes a permanent improvement and fixture to United States Government real property. The United States Department of the Navy retains full ownership and control of the physical real estate and fixture. Additionally, pursuant to applicable FAR and DFARS provisions, the Government reserves all rights to photograph, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, maintain, restore, or remove said mural as necessary to meet mission, maintenance, and operational requirements.
