This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PDT via e-mail to elisa.r.allison.civ@us.navy.mil. The information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
