Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by August 19, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
