The items are listed in the Resource Requirement List (RRL) and no other vendor can supply the NADA Scientific Automotive Air Conditioning System Trainer for CM \"C\" School for Automotive Air Conditioning. Acquiring equipment outside the RRL would require curriculum modification, instructor retraining, and revision of course materials, resulting in unacceptable delays to personnel training and potentially disrupt the Navy’s training pipeline. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
