DEER PARK - MILAN RD. DEER PARK, WA 99006. Under the authority of FAR 13.106 (1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. The requirement is for the procurement of 15 NS406E-07 LHR DDLTCH 32D LESS CYL and 15 NS402E-07 RHR DDLTCH 32D LESS CYL. The facility currently has zero spare inventory for this critical security hardware. These locks are required to serve as direct 1-for-1 replacements for failing and end-of-lifecycle hardware on security swinging cell and corridor doors. The scope of this contract is strictly for the purchase and delivery of the hardware. The anticipated award date of this action is on or before July 14, 2026. The applicable NAICS code is 332510. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the licenses and proof as being an authorized distributor of the product.
