The tentative date for issuing the RFP on SAM.gov is on or around March 31, 2025, with proposals due approximately 30 calendar days later. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), subject to change, is attached to this notice. This is a new requirement and there is no incumbent. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611519 “Other Technical and Trade Schools”. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
