The scope of this requirement is to provide maintenance, consulting, design and installation services for audiovisual and videoconferencing system requirements for classrooms, conference rooms, labs, auditoriums, and other meeting spaces on the main campus of NPS. The service includes maintenance of 134 existing integrated audiovisual and videoconferencing systems as well as any new systems installed during the period of performance. The Government anticipates this effort to be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm Fixed-Price Task Orders in accordance with FAR 16.5.
