The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 31 July 2025 at 3:00 p.m. PST via e-mail to patricia.castillo26.civ@us.navy.mil. The information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
