It does not constitute a service contract, although limited support and training are provided as described. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
