## Description

Surface Combat Systems Training Command - San Diego is requesting Cable Television in order to provide National Public, Education, and Government Access (PEG) channels to Active Duty and Government Employees; this will enhance the commands access to open source of intelligence, current events and provide and educational forum to all personnel. In addition, this source of information greatly increases the ability of all personnel to stay informed during emergencies and/or national disasters.
