## Description

This requirement is for (12) 17-inch monitors enclosed in a correction-grade steel Kiosk with a shatterproof Touch Screen with Windows 10 installed on each. The kiosk must be designed to only accept a LexisNexis hard-drive via a special access door that automatically installs LexisNexis on the kiosk. Each kiosk must come with a mounting bracket for wall or desk mounting. There is 1 year of unlimited maintenance and 4 LexisNexis updates.

The contractor must provide a custom interface with locked down computer access, where inmates are only allowed to do legal research without access to other parts of the computer and it operates on an isolated secure closed-loop system, with no internet access.
