This is a Sole Source Requirement for Naval Postgraduate School for eCornell - Certification Programs Courses to provide online on-demand access to certification programs and courses that support faculty and staff development. Faculty development programs and resources must be expanded to meet a wide range of faculty needs and interests across all stages of academic career in order to meet Invest in People, which is part of the NPS Strategic Framework and President’s 2024 Intent.

Develop the people in our faculty and staff,and is part of President’s 2024 Intent for faculty development in growth and retention. The Naval Postgraduate School requires eCornell - 200 Certificate courses delivered via eCornell. The following characteristics are required for faculty development certificate programs and individual courses: Certificate programs for faculty development. Flexible scheduling for individual courses and certificate programs. Wide range of professional development courses. Programs and individual courses available both synchronous and asynchronous. Available to NPS faculty online 24/7
