General Information: EWTGPAC conducts seven Amphibious Bulk Liquid Transfer System (ABLTS) training courses some last two weeks to a month long course given throughout the year. The course requires our 23K forklift to lift 20ft to 40ft shipping containers and ABLTS training equipment and load onto Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) craft. EWTGPAC currently has one forklift with forks 3.35”x 8”x 53”, they are too short to lift the shipping containers for the courses. EWTGPAC has no other 23K forklifts available to utilize. Requirements: Provide one set of 9ft. forks 2.5”x8”x108”x 108” and deliver to EWTGPAC.
