## Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intents to award a commercial Sole Source contract to Containment Corporation, 27280 Via Industria, Temecula, CA 92590, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement is for six (6) new Helicopter Engine Wash Pads. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.

Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 04 September 2024 12:00 p.m. San Diego local time via e-mail to raul.r.alcantara.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
