Additional modification(s) are anticipated for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) repairs. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, \"Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements\". Saab is the original designer, developer, and manufacturer of the OE-120/UPX Antenna Group systems. Saab is the only known source that has the unique knowledge, experience and special skills required to provide these supplies and services.
